Why are we taking deposits?

Some of you may be aware that we are now taking deposits on more of our treatments. We’re doing this for a number of reasons but primarily our aim is to reduce “no shows”. Some days we are unable to take bookings due to our team being fully booked. When clients don’t arrive for appointments we lose money as we’re unable to fill these slots and with no cancellation it’s too late to notify the clients on our waiting list of this late availability. Therefore unfortunately everyone loses out. 

How much deposit do we take?

We take 50% of the value of your treatment. The remaining balance is paid following your treatment at either one of the Glow salons. 

My reasons are genuine – I need to reschedule

We understand that things come up in life such as illness and unforeseen circumstances. We urge you to let us know as soon as possible should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We return all deposits immediately providing we receive 24 hours notice. 

How do I pay my deposit?

You can pay your deposit by debit or credit card when using our online booking system. Card and cash can be used in person at either Salon. Or you can pay your deposit by card over the telephone. 

How will be deposit be repaid?

Providing the cancellation notice period of 24 hours is given we will return your deposit through the method in which you paid it, so via cash, card or BACS.
